Burtonesque Dolls Challenge #12 - "The NIghtmare Before Christmas in July"
What a fun challenge this was! I have been wanting to do a challenge with the Burtonesque Dolls, for a while now, and finally got around to it. This image is from Tiddly Inks, where you will find all kinds of stamps to suit any projects, and this cutie is called "Drama Queen".
This is my take on The Nightmare Before Christmas, where you combine a halloween/goth image with christmas. I loved the idea. She is sending out her christmas message "Enjoy the Season" from her mind to her skull, and into the universe..... hmmm, just giving myself a mental shake.
I am also entering this card in the Tiddly Inks challenge for this week. It is challenge number 14 - Sketch It! Here is a picture of the sketch we are using.
Card Recipe:
Neenah Card Stock
Copics
Designer Paper - Making Memories - Mistletoe
Cuttlebug - Christmas Count Down Embossing Folder
Holly Border Embossing Folder
Sentiment - Hero Arts
Pearls - Crafts
Card Stock - DCWV - Holiday Pack
Hope you are having a great end to your week! Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek. Have a wonderful week-end.
Marilyn
