Michelle Perkett Challenge #49 - Flower Parade!

For our challenge this week at Michelle Perkett Designs we would like to see handmade flowers, of all kinds!  This is the lovely "Guinevere", and you can get her, and many more fantastic digital images at Michelle's Etsy Store.  Don't forget to link your entry on Michelle's Blog, where you will have a chance to win one digital stamp of your choice.

I made my flowers with tissue paper, and cut out 8 layers using the smallest round scalloped Spellbinder die, and for the smaller flowers I used the smallest round Spellbinder die.  I used blue and green stamping ink to color them, and then attached a brad in the center.  The image was distressed using "weathered Wood" distress ink, and then distressed around the edges using scissors.  I also used the Martha Stewart lace border punch, and one of the Love's In The Air embossing folder by Cuttlebug.  I used the Sakura Glitter  pen on the image, and some green gems on the corners.

Other challenges I am entering:

Creative Cottage - Challenge #24 Bling It On!
Cute Card Thursday - Challenge #133 Make Your Own Embellishments.
Stamp Something - Something Punchy!
The TownScrapper - Friday Challenge Distressing.
Glitterbabe - Challenge #15 Anything Goes.
Craftalicious - Challenge #10 Anything Goes.
Crazy4Challenge - Challenge C4C58 Birthday!

Thanks for stopping by, and have a wonderful week!
