Kraftin Kimmie Challenge Blog #15 and Sketch Saturday Week #87
I hope it's alright that I decided to combine both challenges, since they were both sponsored by Kraftin Kimmie. I used her Lillith stamp. Colored her with Copics, numbers R85, R83, and R81 for her dress, for her hair I used E31, E35, and E37, and the cute little frog YG01, YG03, and YG07. The border punch was EK, and the corners were die cuts from Cuttlebug. The papers were some I had lying around and can't remember who makes them. She is such a cutie with attitude!!

Dutch Dare Card Challenge
This is my entry for the challenge. The image is by Mo's Digital Pencil. She is colored with Copics, and I used the EK border bunch to make the lacing looking trim. Flowers by Prima. I can't remember who makes the DP, I have had it in my stash for a while. This is ultimately going to be a birthday card. I really liked the sketch for this challenge.

Michelle Perkett Week-End Challenge
Its been a while since I posted a challenge from PCP. The theme for this challenge was under the sea. I colored her with water color pencil, as I really don't have a good supply of copics as of yet. I used the cricut doodlecharms cartridge for the sea horses. Not much bling on the card this time, just very simple.

The cute little girl with the dolls, is a rubber stamp from the Kraftin Kimmie line, I think she is so adorable, as are all of the stamps from her line. This card was made for a card swap. This was one of the card kits sold online at Scrappin Great Deals, where I spend a lot of time...haha!
The other card is the same Mo's Digital Pencil image I used for a feeling better card, only I think she may become a birthday card for someone else. The DP paper is from Basic Grey's sugar rush paper pack. I embossed the bottom (pink card stock) with a cuttlebug folder. The border punch used in the middle is from EK, I punched both sides of the card stock, and then layered it with green, and then added the pink bow, and of course the flowers are from Prima.

A Feel Better Card
This is another beautiful digital image from Mo's Digital Pencil. This card was made for a co-worker of my husbands. He wanted a fun uplifting card for a friend who was not feeling well. The translation is "Dance and live your life, as if nobody is watching". The inside has a personal note. The paper is from Basic Grey, its the Origins line, and the flowers are Prima Caboodles. The border punch is from the Martha Stewart line. This was my first French card, lucky for me I had someone to help with the translation.

Whimsie Wednesday Challenge
Another challenge by Whimsie. This week we had to use a window with the outside looking in. I used stamped flowers to give the illusion of the penguin holding a bouquet of flowers and a printed image of a heart shaped box of chocolates. It creates a 3D effect. I was tired of using red on all the valentine cards, so I opted for purples and pink. I think I have worn out my desire to make valentine cards. Time for a change of pace. I've decided today is my craft free day... I think I have brain freeze, so I will get back at it tomorrow.

Sketch Challenge
I made this card for Valentines Day and for the sketch challenge. Two for the price of one! The stamp is from SweetPea. I colored her with Copic markers. The images from SweetPea have so much detail, and I love the fantasy aspect.
On to some good news, my last card entered for the sketch challenge was chosen as the Shooting Star for PCP, and featured in their news letter.
I am having so much fun at Paper Craft Planet (PCP), its great talking to others about card making, and the quality of the cards is breath taking. Great job PCP!
Well that's all for now, back to making more cards. It's time to get cracking on those Valentine Cards.

PCP Challenge Card Entries
These are some of the cards that I entered for challenges on PCP. Some of the groups were Copic Buzz, Michelle Perket, The Stamping Boutique, Soft Pencil, SweatPea, 3D, and Sketch. I won with three of my cards. I had great fun doing these cards and chatting on PCP with other crafters. I look forward to many more challenges.

Whimsie Wednesday Challenge
Another day another card done. This was a challenge where you replaced something in the picture with something real. I used a heart for the arrow, but glittered it so it would be red. I just love the whimsie images. I used copics to color it in. I am just learning how to shade with them, but its a lot of fun. The border is an EK punch. The DP is from a paper pad by Sugar Rush.
