The Outlawz Copic Challenge – Colorless Blender Techniques

Hi, it’s Friday again, and it’s time for another Copic challenge on The Outlawz.  This week we would like to see your Colorless Blender Techniques.  We have three awesome sponsors for the month of May. They are Oozak, who is offering a $50.00 gift certificate, a $25.00 gift certificate from Susana’s Custom Art and Card Designs, and 1 Copic class of your choice with Suzanne Dean’s “Color Me Creative Classroom”.   Please check out The Outlawz for more information!  Hope to see you there.

                    Magnolia

I used a Magnolia image for my card, and colored her with Copics, and I used the colorless blender to make the polka dots on her dress.  A very easy technique to do, and adds a bit of drama to the dress.  I’ve used a lot of leftovers for this card, which is a big bonus.  The corners were made with a Martha Stewart border punch, and then the red card stock was embossed with a folder by Cuttlebug.  Designer papers are from the dollar store.  Flower by Prima, and button by Doodlebug.

  1. Marilyn, this is over the top! Love the color combo, your coloring rocks, and you've got tons of small brilliant details here (the border in the corners, the embossing, the pearls). Wow, this is a real stunner!
