Catch The Bug Freebie Friday!

Can you believe it’s September already, and the kiddies are all back in school, and fall is just around the corner!  Where did the year go!  We got good news yesterday, my daughter found out she will be having another little boy.  We are all very excited, can’t wait till January!

Our freebie for this Friday is “Margaret Teach”.  Perfect for all the cards for teachers.  Head on over to Bugaboo Stamps to grab your freebie, and don’t forget to check out all the other wonderful digital stamps Jodie has in her store.

Margaret Teach

Miss Margaret reminds me so much of what my teachers looked like when I was in school.  She even has that “go ahead make my day” look!  I just love that apple in her hair.

I colored the image with Copics, then layered it on black and then green cardstock.  The embossing folder is by Cuttlebug.  I used the Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge for the apples, and the letters are stickers.  I used embroidery floss for the stitching above and below the ribbon.
